Method of testing
1. Weight variations in tea bags:Manual testing of weight of Individual tea bag by picking random samples of tea bag(At least 50 tea bags in a day)- NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
Criteria of selection: If 95% tea bags are passed in weight then allow to pack2. Leakage test/ sealing of tea bag:Manual testing of sealing of Individual Pyramidal shape tea bag by picking randomsamples of tea bag (At least 100 tea bags in a day)- NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
Criteria of selection: If 95 % tea bags are passed in sealing test of tea bag then allowto pack
3. Tag Inspection:Manual testing of proper adhesion of tag to Individual Pyramidal shape tea bag bypicking random samples of tea bag (At least 100 tea bags in a day)- NON DESTRUCTIVETESTING
Criteria of selection: If 95 % tea bags are passed in Tag Inspection then allow to pack
4. Batch coding Inspection:Manual testing of proper batch coding (content suitability & imprint Suitability) ofBrown colour Zip Pouch by picking random samples of Zip Pouch (At least 20 pouch in aday)- NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
Criteria of selection: If 95 % pouches are passed in Batch coding Inspection then allowto pack
5. Proper Sealing of Brown Zip pouch:Manual testing of heat seal packing (Above zipper) of Brown colour Zip Pouch bypicking random samples of Zip Pouch (At least 20 pouch in a day) - NON DESTRUCTIVETESTING
Criteria of selection: If 95 % pouches are passed in Proper Sealing of Brown Zip pouchthen allow to pack
6. Proper Sticking of Sticking Labels (both side) on Brown Zip pouch:Manual testing of self adhesive stickers (both side- proper adhesion & orientation) ofBrown colour Zip Pouch by picking random samples of Zip Pouch (At least 20 pouch in aday) - NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
Criteria of selection: If 95 % pouches are passed in Proper Sticking of Sticking Labels(both side) on Brown Zip pouch then allow for release
7. Checking of Silica gel/ moisture absorber in Brown Zip pouch
Manual testing of pouches by opening of seal pack Brown Zip pouch by picking randomsamples of Zip Pouch (At least 5 pouch in a day per batch) - DESTRUCTIVE TESTING(Loss of zip pouch- these pouches will be changed in situ)
Criteria of selection: If 100 % pouches are passed in Checking of Silica gel/ moistureabsorber in Brown Zip pouch then allow for release
